New Opportunity: Planning Validations Officer Needed! Fully Remote!

One of my Local Authority Clients is seeking a Planning Validations Officer. They are happy to wait out notice periods and promise competitive rates and high amounts of contract security with an extension almost guaranteed.

Here are the details:

– Initial 6-month Rolling contract
– Competitive rate up to £30 per hour (experience-dependent)
– Fully Remote

Responsibilities include:
– Validating a range of submissions such as full applications, outline applications, and reserved matters
– Experience with both minor and major application validations
– Proficiency in Uniform and technical document systems like Idox
