The Role:

• Lead on a diverse range of planning projects, providing expert advice to clients across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration.

• Take responsibility for project management, client liaison, and the delivery of high-quality planning advice.

• Contribute to business development, winning new work and strengthening existing client relationships.

• Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop the next generation of planners within the consultancy.

• Play an integral role in shaping the strategic growth of the Birmingham office.

About You:

• MRTPI qualified with significant post-qualification experience in consultancy or a related planning environment.

• Strong technical planning knowledge, with proven experience in leading complex projects.

• A track record in business development and managing client relationships.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Commercially aware, with the drive to contribute to the continued success of the business.
